Lizbeth Amanda Zaragoza is the deuteragonist of the Canadian children's TV series Captain Flamingo.
She's Milo's best friend, sidekick, and not-so-secret Chinese-Filipino admirer, Lizbeth is focused and organized, however, she's just a puddle of emotions when it comes to Milo Powell, her favorite square-shaped boy. She's a devoted follower and chronicler of his heroics, and, unbeknownst to him, is the voice of the "birdbrain" that often inspires the Captain to save the day. Lizbeth is strong and smart but a bit of a loner because of it. Her best friend, besides Milo, is her monocled stuffed elephant confidante, Chester. Lizbeth is secure in the knowledge that girls mature faster than boys, so she knows one day Milo will catch up and appreciate her. So, for now, she's prepare to guide him along and wait patiently for that special day. She acts so because Milo saved her life when they were babies, when Lizbeth nearly fell out of the sandbox onto the concrete sidewalk and Milo threw himself in front of her to save her, and never forgets about it (although witnesses say that what really happened was that Milo became distracted by a butterfly, and, unable to concentrate and keep himself up at the same time, fell down into a heap, unintentionally saving her).
Physical Appearance[]
Lizbeth has long black hair tied in pigtails, almond-shaped eyes and a light skin color. She wears a red dress that matches her Mary Jane shoes, and white panties.
When around swimming pools, she wears a black, white and red one-piece swimsuits with a red swim-cap with black and yellow flower motifs.
When on beaches, she wears a blue one-piece swimsuit with flamingo motifs and a blue sun hat with a sun motif.
During the winter, she wears a red jacket, a blue, grey and white camouflaged winter skirt, a blue winter cap, red earmuffs, black winter gloves and tan boots. In extreme cold conditions, she wears a pink parka instead.
During rainy conditions, she wear a pink raincoat with a pink rain hat.
When sleeping, she wears pink pajamas.
In The Last Stand, she wears hot pink gloves, a sleeveless blue dress...

- In Journey to the Center of the TV, Lizbeth got the ability to fly with a blue glow. She usually keeps ability a secret to anyone.
